For larger celebrations, the estate offers beautiful outdoor options, including panoramic terraces that can host up to 200 guests, as well as a spacious 15 x 60 m garden with marquee access. Surrounded by century-old pine trees, these spaces allow for elegant and adaptable event layouts in a truly natural setting.

A tent is not required for indoor celebrations of up to 80 guests. However, for outdoor receptions or larger weddings, a marquee can be installed in the garden to accommodate additional guests and provide weather protection if needed.

Catering at the château is exclusively provided in-house by the property’s culinary team, and external caterers are not permitted.

The château’s restaurant holds one Michelin star, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for weddings of any size. Whether for an intimate gathering or a larger celebration, the menus are thoughtfully crafted to reflect both the season and the refined gastronomic identity of the venue.

The château also features a spectacular 150 m² honeymoon suite, located at the top of the castle towers, complete with a private 40 m² terrace overlooking the Provençal countryside – an unforgettable retreat for the newlyweds.

The most popular months are May through September, with warm days, golden light, and lavender or sunflower fields in bloom depending on the season. June and September are especially ideal for their balance of sunshine and more moderate temperatures, while July and August offer peak summer vibes and long evenings under the stars.

Charols is easily accessible from Lyon–Saint Exupéry Airport (approximately 1 hour 45 minutes by car) and Marseille Provence Airport (approximately 2 hours by car).

From either airport, guests can reach Charols by private transfer or rental car, enjoying a scenic drive through the rolling landscapes of the Drôme Provençale.
