Also, for keeping us all on track, for orchestrating every detail with each of the lodges, and for making each event worry free. I can’t even imagine everything that you negotiated. Without a doubt, we couldn’t have pulled everything off without you two. I’m sure we don’t even know all that you did behind the scenes to insure such a successful celebration.

And somehow, you even spoke to the Gods, or rather the Goddesses, and got Mother Nature to provide absolutely the most spectacular day for the wedding! Damn you are good!!

Well, where to start. I could write pages on how amazing our experience was with Cecile (and all of the Haute Wedding team) but I’ll keep it short.  Amazing, talented, patient, intelligent, helpful, professional, friendly, responsive, trustworthy.  Everything and more that you would want when looking for someone to help you plan one of the most important days of your life.

Cecile was an absolute pleasure to work with, no request was too much, our worries and stresses were turned into excitement and happiness at every turn and we felt like we had a friend planning our wedding.

Her spreadsheets are second to none and everybody loved the detailed, in-depth timeline to keep them on track on the day.  We honestly couldn’t have wished for more.

All we can say is WOW. When we decided on a destination wedding, the very first thing we did was look for a Planner. We spoke with a few, and found Monica of Haute Hedding to be immediately helpful, unfailingly efficient, knowledgeable, kind, and totally lovely – she has a warm relaxed energy which was essential in general but in particular later down the line when wedding planning started to get a little stressful.

You begin the journey with an exploratory call together, and the venues Monica returned with were perfect. She knows her stuff, that’s for sure! When planning a destination wedding your time out in your country of choice is precious, which is why it’s so important to have a bilingual local with strong relationships as your Planner.

Monica surpassed all of our expectations and we still have guests weeks after the event gushing about how it was the best wedding they have ever been to. It was, indeed, also the best wedding WE had ever been to, so we feel beyond grateful that it was our own!! We are totally blown away, and still floating on Cloud 9 weeks later. Monica, you are an angel sent from heaven, thank you for everything, you hold a special place in our hearts.

Anna and her team planned our wedding in Chamonix, France in August of 2024. My wife and I live in UK and are originally from Norway and Canada and therefore had no formal connection to Chamonix. We got in touch with Anna about 1,5 years before the wedding and from minute 1 she was always available and knowledgeable. Anna helped to select the high altitude and town venues, DJ, photographer, florist and logistics.

We have heard so many compliments on everything so far, and that could not have been done without Anna’s depth of knowledge of the area, her connections and her understanding. She made time for my wife and I, was prompt to answer messages or hop on a video call, and accepted packages as we were out of country. If anyone is planning a wedding in the region, I cannot recommend Anna and her team enough!

We got married at the end of March 2024 in Chamonix and we were accompanied by Haute Wedding, especially Cécile and Magali. From the beginning they understood very well what we had in mind for this event and allowed us to make this dream a reality. We were able to rely on their proactivity and professionalism for the selection of locations, the good coordination of service providers, budget monitoring, the detailed course of D-day, etc. For us, it is a huge added value in terms of time saved and peace of mind. They are 200% invested, communication is very fluid and they know how to manage last-minute hazards. On the big day everything went perfectly and it will remain a great moment for us, our families and friends. We highly recommend them!

Dear Monica,

It has been so fun remembering the wedding weekend! People keep using the words magical and perfect! And I think those might be fair and accurate descriptions!
I could never adequately thank you for your guidance through this long and sometime hard process! I cannot believe how I had NOTHING to do! I sat. I watched. I danced. I visited. I slept! Terry and I just loved the weekend! HMB is the perfect venue especially for anyone who can use the whole space. Privatizing really made it special. Our guests loved the library!
The perceived value versus the actual cost was outstanding. All the food was excellent. I think we could have trimmed some of it back a bit but as a Southern woman – I like over feeding. I would be horrified if my food offerings seemed chintzy! The SAXOPHONIST!! Omgoodness! What a fantastic last minute addition!! That was crazy impact for the cost!!
All the flowers were magnificent! Everything was so beautiful! The throws added so much! Thank you and the florist so much for owning that! I could not have been happier!!
