Getting married in a Catholic church is very important for many couples who would like their union celebrated in a traditional religious setting, and recognized as one of the seven sacraments.  However, it is not always easy in France to find Catholic churches willing to accept ‘foreigners’. This may seem strange, one would think they would be welcoming with open arms but this is not always the case, and we’d like to explain why.

This fishing port located in the South of France, next to Marseille and is known for its Calanques, its old chateau, and its cliff. Other than this, Cassis has much more to explore. Let us go for a quick tour of the city. 

The Cap Canaille has the highest cliffs in France and is breathtaking. Take the Route des Crêtes and enjoy the beautiful viewpoints on the way there. “Canaille” means “Mountains on the Water” in Latin and perfectly describes the place.
